Intake Appointment (First appointment): $220
Regular Sessions: $200
Return Check fee: $25
Court appearances or Subpoena (per hour): $145 (Out of county
mileage @ state rate)
Copy of Records: $1/page.
Disability Paperwork: $250 (Must be a client for a minimum of 3 months)
PAYMENT —
Cash, check and all major credit cards (4% service fee) are accepted for payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY —
We require at least 24 hours advance notice or you will be required to pay a $100 fee. We understand that life happens. Sickness, accidents, and emergencies can make 24-hour notice impossible. We extend grace and compassion to those with extenuating circumstances, and no charge will be made when canceling due to inclement weather, as we believe that your safety is most important.
TELETHERAPY —
Our therapists offer both in-person and virtual sessions for Michigan residents only. We use a secure HIPPA platform to conduct these video sessions.
INSURANCE:
We are currently accepting the following insurance:
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Blue Care Network of Michigan, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Medicare Blue, VA Community Care, Champ VA, Medicaid, Priority Health, and Medicare.
*We are able to bill out-of-network for some plans, however, please check with your insurance company prior to your appointment to inquire about any co-pays or deductibles required for your plan. If you have questions or need assistance, please call our office.
